Why Work With CENTURY 21 Preferred?

I am so very happy with my experience working with Roger! He quickly understood & realized what I was looking for when showing me properties. He went above and beyond in finalizing the purchase of my new home - thank you!! I would highly recommend working with Roger Flieth to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home! I feel Roger did an excellent job at performing his role of dual agent. Any concerns I may have had were always met with professionalism, politeness, and prompt attention by him

Roger was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, approachable, honest, and assisted me every step of the way. Blessed that he was my agent. Highly recommended.

I don't think I could of picked a better realtor than Roger Flieth. He did an excellent job in a timely manner.

Roger knew the market value of the property and it was sold pretty much to that value.

We really appreciated Roger's help and efforts to find our new house and his suggestions to help make the house we sold show better.

He was really good at explaining how everything works. I’m glade he helped us with this house.

"Anyone looking to avoid the hassle and pressure of buying and selling can rest assured Roger has you best interests in mind and makes the entire process a pleasure.

Busy as he was he always found time to answer all questions and accommodate all requests."

"The selection process of our broker was actually the easiest part of the entire sale/move. Roger Flieth has provided great service in the past and we knew we could expect the same this time.

Roger met all of our needs in a professional timely basis.

Went above and beyond from start to finish.

Moving is never easy but with a broker like we had (Roger) we were never in the dark and had 100% faith in the process. "

"Like I said before could not ask for better person to deal with."

"Roger did an excellent job and was very flexible with his time. We were in from out of town and Roger made us a priority."
